Register as a Dental clinic if you are a clinic with dentists working for you and you wish the claims to be paid to the clinic.

Register as an independent practitioner if you will be submitting Extended Healthcare paper claims and wish to be the one paid directly for your services.

Practitioners whose profession enables them to submit claims electronically and be paid by direct deposit via TELUS Health eClaims, cannot register through this site. They should do so through the eClaims registration site instead.

Register as a Healthcare Organization practitioner if you are an organization with healthcare practitioners working for you and wish the claims to be paid to the organization.

E.g. clinic, laboratory, hospital

Register as a Healthcare organization practitioner with associates if you are an organization with multiple healthcare practitioners working for you and wish the claims to be paid to the organization.
